Dr. Barbara (“Bobbie”) Decker is an adult neurologist and epileptologist at Mary Washington Healthcare in Fredericksburg, VA where she serves at the Program Director for the Neurology Residency. She obtained a Bachelor of Science from Duke University, attended medical school at St. George’s University School of Medicine, and neurology residency at the University of Vermont Medical Center. She then completed her epilepsy fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. She also completed a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Decker’s clinical and research interests include women’s health in neurology and epilepsy, healthcare disparities, adherence to current practice guidelines, and bridging potential gaps in patient and provider knowledge.

During her 20-year career in health care, Meg began as an inpatient oncology nurse and later worked in critical care before advancing into a variety of clinical, operational and technology leadership roles. While at Epic, Craig helped build what is now called the Foundation System. He also assisted in the implementation and optimization of the electronic health record for Epic customers across the United States and Europe. After leaving Epic, Craig was the CMIO at Agnesian HealthCare, a Cerner/Oracle Health enterprise customer.
